Communications Manager or Comms Executive Law Firm - Truro or Exeter ££££ Very Competitive Salary Plus Excellent Staff Benefits and Bonus Due to internal promotion an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Communications Manager to join this creative marketing team based within a renowned Truro based law firm. This is a permanent position with lots of involvement, and a hands-on role with some strategic elements enabling the candidate the opportunity to add real value to the business. Essentially you will be handling all comms including digital within their Truro, St Austell and on occasions helping their Exeter offices. This position would ideally suit a Comms Manager from a professional services background (ideally a law firm). The ideal candidate will have at least seven years’ experience working in PR or a communications role. It is essential that you have ability to spot a good story and produce compelling written content. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training the comms apprentice and upskill the wider marketing team. You must be a self-motivator with a 'can do’ attitude who brings new ideas and a different perspective. Production of marketing literature, direct marketing, e-mail marketing, advertising, co-ordinating PR, updating the website and social media Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required - A university degree or Marketing Diploma or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Solid generalist Marketing/ Comms exposure Fair understanding of business development Strong IT Skills Commitment to the firm and the ability to provide a confident and positive input Current Full Driving Licence Flexibility to work in Truro and their St Austell offices as and when required Natural relationship builder and excellent communicator
