We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful client within their growing business to support the technical director with his client base. The role will involve a mix of EA/Account management and project coordination. You must be a well organised self starter who can manage clients and projects efficiently. Job description Assist Creative Technology Director in servicing a wide range of global client/digital project activities Administration of public-facing multi-language 'Technical Datasheet' document library Assist in company social media management Client and company website and digital analytics reporting Research and analysis of general marketing data and trends Maintenance of data storage systems International client liaison General administration Skills Excellent client liaison, organisational and problem-solving abilities The ability to work to a very high degree of accuracy Good digital and analytical skills A good understanding of document database architecture and management systems The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to tight deadlines Good communication and presentation skills Good team-working skills A willingness to keep up to date with developments in digital technology A can-do attitude and happy to muck in at all levels Hardworking and reliable Knowledge Experience in project coordination and management Experience using software packages including the Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with database programs and an understanding of database/website relationships Understanding or knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Google would be beneficial Education GCSEs and A levels (or equivalent), grades A - C Related higher education qualification very desirable, such as a diploma or degree Open University and/or work-based learning courses also favourably considered Company benefits Enhanced company holiday package Private health care scheme Fantastic working environment Free car parking Online professional training courses Discounted mobile phone contracts Reduced-price holiday packages Savings on tech and broadband Deals on entertainment and experiences Shopping rewards and clothing discounts For further details, contact Lisa the dove.
