Senior Research Executive - Healthcare/Pharma Market Research Research Partnership is the largest independent healthcare market research and consulting agency in the world. We are looking for a bright, dynamic Senior Research Executive with a background in Qualitative research to join our fast growing team in Fulham, London. Research Partnership works with a wide variety of clients from across the global pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech industries, providing research intelligence and strategic recommendations that elevate healthcare brands and power their success. Our team in London currently numbers over 100, and we have offices situated around the globe. The Senior Research Executive role we are looking to hire is a pivotal role within our business. You will work on varied international projects, supporting more senior directors and research managers to deliver multi-country strategic insight projects, while also managing the work of more junior executives and analysts. Our projects can entail purely Qualitative methodologies, or can be a mixture of Qualitative and Quantitative techniques. Your skills and experience More than 2 years of experience in market research (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors). Strong project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Your primary role Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of 2-3 concurrent projects. With input from your manager you will be writing discussion guides for Qualitative projects. You will conduct depth interviews with key respondents and will manage central locations for research with clients present. You will interrogate the findings, helping to write the final client presentation alongside senior team members. Your job also involves ongoing monitoring of job costs to meet budgets as well as managing junior members of your project team. Further information This is a full time role (37.5 hours a week), based at our Fantastic HQ location in Fulham Green, directly opposite Putney Bridge in London, which boasts free state-of-the-art gym with showers, on-site café, outdoor cinema, panoramic river views, landscaped gardens and regular social events.
