The company incorporates divisions of publishing, events and recorded music. Having been operating for a short amount of time, they have taken the industry by storm and are frequently mentioned in music industry publications. The team has doubled in size in the last year and are continuing to expand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Copyright Coordinator to help develop the Copyright function for one of the music industry's biggest success stories of the last couple of years. You'll be working from their modern, luxury offices in a co-working space in London, joining a team that is wholeheartedly passionate about music. The Team: The people in the business are passionate about what they do, but also have a culture that has a family feel. You'll be working closely with the Vice President of Publishing, whilst also overseeing and helping other coordinators in the wider team. The Role: Registering works and agreements at collection societies Handling song disputes & duplicate claims with publishers Helping with the process of the company acquiring rights to new catalogues Database administration Using Couterpoint Music Maestro software making sure works is correctly populate and CWR compliant Analysing Royalties Working with societies and publishers to resolve any issues with payments Auditing catalogues Various other adhoc tasks Dealing with general enquiries Managing admin catalogues Required Experience: Min 2 years' experience working within Copyright Worked previously for a Music Publisher Excellent written & communication skills Strong attention to detail Basic Excel Skills Experience using Music Maestro Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus: Private Healthcare If this is something of interest, please get in touch at or give me a call on Please feel free to circulate this with any friends or contacts that may be interested.
