This company are also a passionate about enforcing a hugely collaborative and social culture within their offices with hot desking, regular socials and even a ping pong table in their office THE ROLE: As an online tech company, your role as a Paid Media Analyst will be pivotal to the ongoing success of the company and will involve deep diving in to the analytics of the company's paid social and paid search on a deeper level, using your strong expertise to provide optimisation recommendations accordingly. In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following: Deep diving in to paid search and paid social campaign performance through the use of Google Analytics or SQL in order to gain campaign insights Manipulating and reporting data using tools such as Tableau Building out and automating internal dashboards Using insights to suggest recommendations on how to optimise campaign performance Translating campaign insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: An undergraduate degree is preferable but not required Previous commercial experience in the end-to-end activation, analysis and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns in platforms such as Google, Bing or Facebook Highly analytical with strong experience using Google Analytics to derive insights Strong commercial experience reporting on campaign insights using Excel or Tableau Experience in attribution modelling is preferred but not required THE BENEFITS: Base salary of up to £30,000 benefits A range of development and progression opportunities Working within a rapidly growing and international company Social working culture with regular socials HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Beth Williams via the Apply link on this page.
