Overview
Marketing Manager - Professional Services upto £50k The role Create clear, concise and timely strategic plans to support the company vision, goals and objectives. This will include both long and short term objectives and utilise the full marketing mix and will align with a full strategic sales plan. The successful candidate will also be experienced in evaluating and reporting the success of the overall marketing plan and any individual campaigns undertaken. This will include monitoring return on investment for each element of the plan. The Marketing Manager will also be required to undertake any complimentary campaigns as and when business needs require. Attention to new and emerging trends in the market is essential, and you will be able to make recommendations on future plans and campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of the marketing strategy. Website amendments Creating engaging and relevant content and copy for the company blog and news section Ensure all content has been fully Search Engine Optimised Digital marketing campaigns Web copy including webpages, blogs and news articles Offline and online PR A thorough understanding of search engine optimisation and how to utilise best practice to improve website rankings and visibility through both paid and organic search Continually researching and amending website content to include keywords relevant to the business Experience and flair in creating successful Adwords campaigns The ability to evaluate the success of the company website using the Google Analytics platform Create and maintain a full events calendar Manage and create event content, literature and any other tools The ability to create a fully integrated social media marketing plan to support campaigns Create engaging copy and content to be shared across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and any other social media platform identified as having value for the business Schedule and evaluate the success of social media engagement Experience Strong commercial mind Solid relationship building skills Good influencing skills Self starter - able to proactively manage and organise work with minimal supervision Excellent team player, comfortable with regularly sharing knowledge and expertise Very good written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated Professional services experience essential
