Must be used to managing teams from junior graduate level to senior candidates (salaries up to £250k) Predominately working in the strategy and consulting space. Very values driven business Great environment, fun yet professional The Role: Senior management role with significant responsibility looking after 12 recruiters focussing on Graduate recruitment, business development and delivery as well as their senior level division The role would ideally suit a candidate who has worked for a large firm, managing a team billing in excess of £1m a year. The role requires a candidate who is strong on process, creative, able to think outside the box with a lot of energy and drive. They provide a very tailored and bespoke service to clients, so must be able to put together bespoke proposals. Huge amount of repeat work, as well as new business and the team you will be working with are of a very high calibre. The role reports directly in to the MD, setting the strategic direction of the business, developing the sales culture and growing the teams. A specialist in the strategy space, our client regularly releases research based content and organised an annual programme of dinners, networking events for their clients and candidates.
