RETENTION ANALYST LONDON £45,000-£55,000 BONUS BENEFITS THE COMPANY This company is an established company that was founded in the 1900s. They have developed into an organisation that provides insurance and loans. This company operates as a collaborative organisation and are looking for a Retention Analyst to help grow out their analytics function. THE ROLE As a Retention Analyst, you will sit in the analytics team. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Support various stakeholder in interpreting data and analysing results. Design, maintain and automate data reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Focus on customer retention projects, and how to keep the customer engaged. Focus on the prediction of churn, customer LTV and lifecycle. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Retention Analyst will have: Strong commercial experience Excel and ideally SAS. Educated to a degree level or higher in a STEM subject from a top 10 university. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to proactively network across functions and influence at all levels. Excellent data manipulation and analytical skills.
