Our client is highly renowned locally and globally as the leading agency operating within their niches. They have an impressive global database of exclusive clients and candidates , (having managed some careers for over 10 years) and a team of highly specialist and dedicated recruiters. What does the role entail? 360 recruitment: warm desk, focusing on placing specialist geotechnical professionals Sourcing: advertising your client’s vacancies, effectively using social media and other platforms. Our client is technologically advanced, offering the best software to aid you in streamlining the recruitment process. Client liaison: building relationships with leading brands, communicating with them to obtain a detailed vacancy brief, which you will use to source candidates matching the criteria Screening candidates via CV, phone calls and interviews. Our ideal candidate? Minimum 6 month’s recruitment experience Or a graduate (2:1 or above) with at least 6 months Business-to-Business sales experience Confident, personable and friendly Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) Enthusiastic and driven Good admin skills and computer literate Job benefits?
