Implementation Manager - Fast Growth Tech Platform Location: Central London We are pleased to be working exclusively with an innovative start-up operating in the tech space. They have a fast-paced environment full of driven and passionate people, and you would be managed by an impressive individual. They are growing rapidly and hiring an Implementation Manager to support the continued expansion. This is an opportunity to have real impact on the organisation as it grows. They are keen to add someone to the business who is fun, hardworking and wants to progress their career quickly. Key Responsibilities: Implement a streamlined process for launching and onboarding new customers Manage the full launch process, working closely with other the wider team to ensure this is coordinated Work with the team to launch efficiently and timely Work closely alongside key stakeholders to maintain and build relationships Experience: Experience working within a retail/ hospitality/ ecommerce business A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (ability to implement new projects) Able to travel on a regular basis to visit clients across the UK and occasionally internationally Commercially minded and highly organised Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and Directors Salary: £45,000-50,000 Please feel free to circulate this amongst anyone who you believe may be interested in this opportunity.
