Responsibilities: Reporting to Marketing Manager, the SEO Manager will be involved in the following: Working closely with the marketing team and tech team to ensure prompt delivery of work and drive performance in line with ROI targets Supporting the company’s long-term initiatives (reporting, optimisation of LTV, CAC, etc) in tandem with sales teams to ensure projects are delivering added value to our customer acquisition activities and brand images Leading SEO strategy and executing it, in addition to monitoring results and reporting Owning the performance and reporting of the Organic Search channel globally Conducting in-depth and regular audits of sites and competitor performance analysis using third-party tools Working closely with the Product team to develop our SEO presence, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered in line with SEO best practice Providing competitive analysis of top-ranking competitor sites and providing actionable insight Identifying major keywords and increase the ranking of those keywords Increasing the organic and referral traffic to the website as well as our Application Essential Qualifications: An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in marketing or finance Proven track record in search engine optimisation in different global markets Proven track record in a specific SEO focused role, with a strong understanding of link building, content marketing, and website infrastructure A good understanding of the online marketing and e-commerce environment Deep knowledge of search engine crawling, indexing and ranking algorithms An understanding of the ASO and ASM with a willingness to try new areas related to all search engine optimisation both for website and application Desirable: Strong analytical skills and good practice of third-party tracking tools Good communication skills in writing and speaking, team worker, self-motivated and can work independently Experience in the FX/brokerage industry would be beneficial but not essential for the right candidate The ability to lead and project manage ad-hoc tasks for the marketing team and wider global business Sounds interesting?
