Harrison Sands are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected IT brand in the Leeds market who are looking to expand their team. They are one of the go-to IT agencies in the area that operate ethically, offer a really good work-life balance and have a fun, dedicated and high performing team. At the moment, they are looking for a candidate with at least 1 years' experience in recruitment. They are completely open to the type of sector you have worked in; it is all about the person and their drivers. Sectors; Transformation, Digital and Analytics. The desk; This desk is going to be warm, you will be working with 2 large PSL clients within the IT industry. Although this desk is warm which is what most consultants want now, you will still be expected to grow your desk and bring on new clients - it's just nice to have a head start. What can they offer you? Up to 33% commission Flexible working (as long as you're hitting financials, you manage your own time, desk and diary) Completely autonomy over your desk and geographical area Up to £30,000 basic (depending on experience) 1-1 training on the market Progression into management or a senior billing consultant Treated like an adult
