Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that marketing in 2020 is about giving to receive. Understanding your clients’ needs and then giving them great content that makes them come to you. Bombarding clients with brand ads and spending £10,000s on sponsorships stopped being effective a long time ago. We embrace the latest in Digital marketing to get our clients messages out there and are always on the look out of the next innovation to help our clients succeed. We actively use video, podcasts and everything you’d expect in the B2C world to help our B2B clients market successfully. Is this the role for you? We’re looking for a phenomenal Digital Marketer who can help our clients shape and execute their Digital Marketing visions. You will be comfortable managing multiple client relationships, working with them to give clarity on their marketing strategy and then helping them deliver it. You’ll be a hands-on marketer who’s just as happy in a strategy workshop as you are writing copy. Day to day you’ll be acting as the CMO and Marketing function for your clients so you could be shaping their marketing strategy, producing social content for their LinkedIn page or project managing their next campaign. The work we do is exciting, dynamic and fast paced. You will be expected to take this in your stride and be able to show a track record of delivering in this type of environment. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguity, turn it in to a solid plan and then deliver on that plan - doing so for multiple clients, all at the same time. Although we’re currently small, we have big ambitions and we’re looking for someone who wants to help play a part in growing our company. In return you’ll be given a huge amount of responsibility and accountability. We know you’re great at what you do and we will give you everything you need to be successful, for your career, for us and for our clients. If you’re an ambitious, proactive marketer who’s prepared to get stuck in and help us deliver great work to grow the business then this is the role for you. If you like the comfort of a hierarchy, lots of sign offs and someone more senior than you micro-managing everything you deliver for a client then this role probably isn’t for you.
