Job Description
We've got an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager with well known and respected brand strategy agency in the Bath area. You'll be given the opportunity to lead on a varied portfolio of brand strategy, packaging design and creative led communications projects for a well-known global FMCG brand, as well as a handful of other great brands. Although this is a contract role initially, they are just being cautious due to the current climate. There is a solid 3-6 months of projects in the current pipeline for the new Senior Account Manager to work on, and if things continue there is a very good chance of the Senior Account Manager becoming a permanent member of the team. Although this is being advertised on a fixed-term salary, a freelance day rate could be negotiated for the right candidate. The experience we need. The successful Senior Account Manager will need to have come from a branding or marketing agency environment and you must have delivered at least on packaging project, or have lots of FMCG brand strategy and marketing experience. Personality is really important - we're looking for somebody who can get involved in the strategy process, collaborate with the planning and creative teams, and earn the confidence of your peers - not necessarily the same as simply being a confident person. You'll be very client focused and a great relationship builder. You'll understand and be able to articulate how brands live and breathe in the real world. Experience working for FMCG brands on either on packaging or brand strategy and comms would be ideal. You must have worked as a Senior Account Manager in an agency environment and be able to hit the ground running. Access to a car is essential for post-lockdown commuting. The role.
