Overview
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving aviation services division based at London Heathrow Airport (SL3 0AA). Candidates will ideally have a background in supplying airport recruitment solutions. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for selling a wide range of recruitment services to a wide portfolio of clients within Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport, and surrounding areas. In return, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be offered: Competitive basic salary between £25,000 - £29,000 p/a basic £12,000 OTE Mobile Phone, Laptop, Pool Car (for client appointments) LinkedIn Recruiter Pro Licence The most up-to-date sales training and development Perk Box subscription The opportunity to join the parent company shares scheme A great social calendar and open working environment Paid day off on your birthday As a Senior Recruitment Consultant your duties will include: Marketing our recruitment services by way of telemarketing, social media and face to face meetings. Delivering presentations to decision makers either by phone or in person. Completing customer quotations and tender documents, and managing all follow up communication. Negotiating fees. Matching candidate skills to client vacancies. Advertising and marketing vacancies through job boards and social media platforms. Conducting interviews by telephone and face to face. The successful individual will ideally be able to demonstrate: Experience of selling large volume recruitment solutions within UK airports or within a cargo environment. Full knowledge of airside ID pass security vetting regulations including ID Gateway or MTrust. A full, clean UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months driving experience is essential). This is a sales-based role and is ideal for an individual who is currently employed as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Team Leader, Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Consultant selling a similar range of temporary and permanent airport recruitment solutions.
