Chief Marketing Officer (CMO - 9/12 month FTC) Cardiff Competitive The Opportunity An extremely rare opportunity has become available for a CMO to join an innovative financial services based in Cardiff. If you’re a senior marketer you will be aware that these opportunities are few and far between in the Cardiff area. This is a critical role within the business where will you be a member of the Executive Committee Responsibilities Full responsibility for the Marketing function building and shaping the marketing strategic response Responsible for defining, delivering and maintaining product and customer experiences Responsible for all aspects of marketing communications (including website), proposition development, customer research, brand strategy & activation and CX Report into CEO and lead a highly capable marketing team, setting up for success with clear direction and ability to deliver year on year growth Define and own the development and delivery of overarching marketing strategy Put the customer/user at the heart of the marketing planning and proposition development process to enhance the customer experience Requirements Experience in a similar role Experience of operating and influencing at a senior/executive level Leadership and management experience of marketing function Operated in a regulatory environment (Ideally financial services) B2B experience Benefits This comes with a very high level benefits package that you expect from a role of this caliber.
