Overview of the Business Development Manager: As Business Development Manager, you will take responsibility for several new accounts dealing directly with the manufacturers and their agencies. You would also be in charge of introducing to their clients their new Adtech and Tech solutions. You will use superior solution sales skills to provide insights, identify, prioritize, develop and close new business and grow the monthly/quarterly budgets. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth running of all lead generation campaigns and deliverables, make sure new accounts are on-boarded swiftly onto their new platform and that clients are satisfied with their new Adtech solutions and Products. You will keep your portfolio abreast of their services and new products launch and loop the Product and Marketing teams on the feedbacks you will receive to help the team driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager: Manage and grow new auto manufacturers accounts directly dealing with OEMs or through their agencies Introduce new leads types and Adtech solutions to new and existing clients Drive the sale and adoption of our new platform Liaise with auto manufacturers offering guidance and support with lead handling and best practices Secure and maximise monthly and quarterly budgets Develop a network of new manufacturers relationships Work to deliver allocated campaigns and budgets on time Monitor and report on campaigns progress Introduce new ideas and concepts to help improve campaign performance Liaise with marketing team to create customer stories, testimonials and case studies Develop an account management and revenue development plan for each customer Work with Operations, IT and other teams when customers escalate issues Ensure invoicing is correct and resolve customer invoicing queries Attend regular auto focused seminars and events Requirements of the Business Development Manager: 7-10 years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in b2b software sales Understanding of digital marketing and Adtech Proven track record in sales management with medium to large accounts Experience dealing with Media Agencies preferable but not mandatory Experience with programmatic-display advertising Data driven, passionate about Tech Strong communication and interpersonal skills Equally comfortable dealing with Junior and Senior staff, OEMs and Agencies Ability to perform well under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently Good business acumen and be solution and customer focused University degree or marketing/media qualification or equivalent qualification Experience/knowledge or strong interest of the auto industry a plus Positive attitude and determined to succeed Benefits of becoming the Business Development Manager: You will join an open and transparent business where there are no closed doors, and everyone is accessible across our client starting with Anton the CEO.
