Overview

The key functions of the role, will be to work with customers and provide them with outsourced marketing campaigns, insight services to the sports and leisure services (e.g. Drayton manor theme park, Silverstone, Twy Cross Zoo). looking for someone who has an interest in B2C. Sell to consumers (leisure attraction). Provide CRM solutions to the sports and leisure industry. Help customer aggregate data about the customers customer - target market. The successful candidate should be energetic, creative - flair marketing. Outgoing, independent and work in a team. Job Details We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated CRM Marketing Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for a selection of clients and deliver data driven, insight led CRM and data marketing related activities on their behalf (predominately email). It is important that the candidate can work well within the team, as well as independently, reporting directly to the Head of CRM, Insight & Marketing Services. Purpose: To be the primary point of contact for a selection of household name clients in the sport and leisure industry As a key member of the team you will support clients in maximising returns by delivery of data-driven, insight led CRM and direct marketing activities, predominantly through the use of email Achieve annual client retention and upsell targets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop and deliver data driven, client CRM and marketing related activities on behalf of a number of clients in order to fulfill their objectives. Tasks to include: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and be the first point of contact for their CRM & data related marketing activities Support clients with their strategic planning of communications activities, working with our Insights team, to ensure plans are based on insight and outcomes are measurable Develop and action marketing campaigns, primarily by email, that focus on driving specific customer behaviour (such as engagement and booking rate) Where required, support clients with acquisition activity, working with other client agencies were necessary, to provide them with customer behavioural and demographic information Deliver regular report to clients on performance of campaigns and future actions, Developing findings from the analysis into relevant and clear client communication documents and reports (e.g. PowerPoint) Have regular communication with client in the form of action plans, status updates and monthly results/KPI's Visiting clients on an agreed schedule to develop positive working relationship Coordinating with internal suppliers to ensure client requirements are met to budget and on-time Identifying needs-based opportunities to upsell additional products and services to GO clients Take ownership of contract renewal and preparation of proposals to upsell new products and services. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: Practical experience in a database marketing role Digital marketing experience with a solid understand of social media marketing A clear understanding of database marketing principals Proven experience of using data-driven insight to build marketing campaigns Experience of using at least one email marketing tool. Desirable: Experience working in a marketing role within the sports or leisure industry Experience of using a CRM system (e.g. Microsoft CRM) Experience of using google analytics Experience of designing and building customer surveys.
