SENIOR INSIGHT ANALYST LONDON £50,000-£60,000 THE COMPANY: This commercial brand has millions of users in the UK and is one of the world's most innovative companies that put their customers at the heart of everything they do. THE ROLE: As the successful Senior Insight Analyst, you will be: Operate as an expert in your field to influence decision-making and support all areas of the business with their customer intelligence and customer analytics requirements, the marketing, commercial and sales & service teams Proactively identify opportunities for customer data to support key strategic projects and play a greater role in decision making across brands Understand the business challenges faced by brands, identify opportunities for customer intelligence to support and derive actionable insights and concise recommendations Support ongoing commercial performance Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to update existing and create new customer metrics and reporting that help drive business decisions Maintain an external viewpoint around methodologies and best practice data sources to create and maintain best in class methodologies and ways of working YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE BENEFICIAL: Educated to degree level ideally in a numerical discipline Experience using SQL commercially Experience using R commercially Experience working with campaign analytics Experience manipulating large quantities of high dimensional data Experience in a customer insight/marketing insight role THE BENEFITS: Earning potential up to £60,000 plus benefits HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Rachel O' Keeffe via the Apply link on this page
