The Job You will join the Affiliate Marketing Team responsible for clients in the online gaming industry. You will coordinate customer acquisition campaigns, planning from brief to completion and push forward the development of the Affiliate Marketing programme, ensuring its smooth running. The business provide first-rate tuition and skills to ambitious graduates, setting you up for exciting new careers within the Digital Marketing sector. Job breakdown • Liaising with colleagues such as Affiliate Managers, Directors, and any other campaign stakeholders that are involved with the operation of promotional campaigns. • Follow Affiliate campaign brief, checking the details are set up correctly by key stakeholders e.g. bonuses and the customer journey. • Responsible for testing the offer works as outlined in the brief. This will include creating test accounts via the designated links and documenting the test accounts. • Regular spot testing of campaign links on key partner sites to ensure any issues are spotted early. • Compiling the results of event specific campaigns so the team can analyse the results and plan future campaigns. • Conducting competitor analysis on campaigns including identifying sites that competitors use to run offer specific campaigns on to achieve maximum reach. • Ensure banners are being maintained and updated correctly as well as adding to the current range of creative concepts. • Co-ordinating design requests submitted by affiliate managers and ensuring the designs are returned in the layout the Affiliate Manager requests as well as uploading them within the system and creating affiliate links if required. Who Fits the Bill? • Educated to degree level. • Graduates who have studied modules or qualifications relating to marketing are preferred but not required. • Strong MS Excel skills e.g. pivot tables, formulas • Highly organised and a natural planner. • Excellent attention to detail. • A passion to work in the marketing sector and develop skills in this space. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, someone who enjoys communicating in team environments and with clients. • Able to work autonomously Person Specification: • Results and target driven. • Self-motivated to succeed. • Proactive approach to work. • Able to adapt to new situations and think on your own feet.
