We are a small, fast-growing official Oracle / Netsuite Solution Provider. The organisation is a specialist in helping global Charities / NGOs / Not for Profits, global Technology companies and fast-growth export companies with their accounting and sales / fundraising needs, using the world’s 1 global cloud finance / cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. About the role: Due to growth, we are looking for a Marketing Director / Manager based in their fantastic new offices in the Bordon Innovation Centre, Bordon, East Hampshire, in a community of growing tech businesses. You will be funded to create the ultimate omnichannel marketing approach. The company’s marketing approach will be yours to craft, develop and execute. It is the perfect time to join and make this role your own as the business expands. Responsibilities: Effectively executing a 'go to market strategy' for all propositions. Developing propositions that benefits a pre-eminent professional services advisory firm working with one of the world’s most well known international software brands and products Working with other members of the senior management team on the strategic vision for the company, looking at new market opportunities nationally and internationally About you: Strong, proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in either Professional Services, SaaS software or Not for Profit sectors Desire to work in a 'no mistakes only learnings’ environment, with rapid iterative learnings and agile development framework Knowledge and proven experience in developing marketing channels via both direct and indirect partners Highly numerate and comfortable with working with large B2B data sets Interest in working in a small, rapidly growing entrepreneurial team environment, building out a marketing function from ground zero Eye for detail and focus on outcomes Strong customer service focus Hands on approach Ability to work 'high’ 'low’: from strategising the company’s marketing approach to the detail of execution This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, truly innovative, rapidly expanding company.
