Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established global company with a start-up in the UK. My client provides an amazing marketing tool, it's a fantastic product aimed at the hospitality market; pubs, clubs, nightclubs and restaurants. They are currently the market leader in Australia within the hospitality and activity/leisure industry and are starting to grow a solid market share within the UK at a rapid rate. We are looking for an experienced Client Services/Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer support to new and existing clients by being proactive and responsive within customer support and account management activity. You will need to have an entrepreneurial mind set with the ability to commensurate your work ethic and drive to deliver within a start up environment. Ideally we are looking to speak to candidates with either marketing experience or account management experience preferably from the hospitality and or marketing, media industry. The role will include end to end on boarding of new accounts, proactive account servicing achieving growth and retention targets, being able to identify new business within an existing portfolio of clients and to be the key contact for key accounts. A knowledge of cloud based marketing within hospitality or similar will be a huge advantage. This is not a sales role, it's very much about building relationships, servicing some big hospitality brands and making sure they are really being looked after and getting the best from this product. There's amazing opportunities to grow with the company and a successful account manager could quite easily grow into an operations manager of the future. It's a field/home/client based position where you will manage your own diary. Full training will be given with potential training in Australia for the right candidate.
