Overview
Working for a well known, global TV broadcaster. Reporting into the Head of Production, this role is responsible for the production coordination of all Off Air work (design work). This includes Style guides, 2D and 3D art assets, Licensing (Consumer Products) Marketing, Digital, Social Media, Internal and Trade PR and Comms artwork. The role also supports the co-ordination of all of our Live and Themed Events. This role works closely with the Head of Design, Design Team and the wider department which includes On Air, Marketing, PR, Programming, Brand and Franchise Management, Legal, Compliance and Digital. Overseeing Off Air makelists (project status document) & all design deliverables - checking project progress with design team, ensuring updates are given to clients (consumer products, marketing etc) regarding progress and expected delivery dates, delivering projects to relevant teams. Co-ordinating and resourcing of design jobs/workloads - working closely with Head of Design to allocate design projects, managing team workloads, and monitoring delivery of assets within deadline. Working with On Air Production Co-ordinators, supporting with some On Air elements and projects when required, especially when Off Air and On Air Elements involved in one project. Sourcing freelance talent and suppliers - Designers/3D artists/Graphics/Illustrators/Animators/Printers/Props Makers etc Overseeing onboarding of freelance staff and suppliers for all Off Air projects Supporting customers/clients (Marketing, Consumer Projects, local EMEA production teams, PR, Brand Management, Digital etc) - problem solving, first point of contact for questions/issues, managing and maintaining strong relationships with them Co-ordinating approvals for all Off Air projects, ensuring all feedback is collated, shared and all key internal stakeholders have signed off within the deadline Building strong working relationships with the Design team, Creative and Production team and other teams such as Programming, Compliance, Marketing, PR, Legal, Consumer Products Co-ordinating logistics for all Off Air projects for eg, shipping, install and de-rig, travel etc Finance administration for Off Air projects such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, recording costs in project cost tracker and cost report po log Setting up occasional shoots either stills or video
