Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role responsibilities Define and implement a world-class, pricing process within the business, which instils the philosophy of optimum pricing, in line with the business’ goals for increased market share, revenue and profitability. Ensure Pricing Performance Ensure Pricing Competencies Ensure Pricing Communication Ensure Pricing Performance: Define the overall pricing strategy. Analyse market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and sales margins in order to develop reports, procedures and tools for pricing and quoting. Review monthly figures to detect drifts in pricing performance in relation with price targets. Set and lead action plans to drive price performance according to targets, prepare analysis reports for management. Assist the product teams to determine Net Price of products in the respective of local market needs. Coordinate pricing initiatives, strategies and action plans across functions. Drive efforts to implement price management discipline, targets and process through close coordination with Sales, Product, Professional Services & Marketing Managers. Actively review pricing performance and recommend continuous pricing process improvement. Monitoring the performance of the segment discounting and buying behaviour to inform the future product and services strategy. Ensure Pricing Competencies: Pricing Manager is the pricing expert in pricing analytics, techniques and methodologies. Support pricing developments in terms of methodology and consistency. Develop and maintain a high level of price management competency for the business: Periodically training the appropriate functions (sales / marketing / bid team) in techniques, tools, approaches, strategies Ensure Pricing Communication and Implementation: Responsible for the overall communication plan within the area. Lead the definition and the implementation of our price positioning strategy and procedures. Ensure best practices are understood and implemented across the area. Hold monthly and quarterly pricing meetings with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, new products, services and performance of existing products/services.
