2472 - Senior Brand Activation Manager - Hayes - Perm - up to £60K This is an exciting opportunity to work with an International consumer goods brand, and leading player in their field. The Senior Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation, central strategy, outward implementation and measurement of our clients integrated content program across multiple channels -owned and paid digital, social, PR, & trade. You will lead, collaborate & influence both internal and external teams to deliver upon business objectives. Key Responsibilities Responsible for Brand Activation strategy, implementation and execution supporting global and regional/local communications to help grow brand awareness and consideration Lead integrated content strategy, internal sell-in and creative development and champion implementation across markets globally. (Content in this context is defined as creative messaging to solve upper and mid-funnel communications challenges). Develop, implement, and/or mature central strategies relating to social media, sponsorships, ambassadors, influencers and PR. Create structure where structure, an approach, ways of working, and measurement mechanisms where needed or where they do not exist. Manage creative and media agencies to deliver and execute upon briefs with excellence. Consult with and co-create integrated content as local activation initiatives arise. Develop toolkits for local markets and clear guidance for local teams to foster implementation. Closely collaborates cross-functionally, particularly with customer experience, legal, research & development, and with local markets. Develop an approach to measure effectiveness of activation activities, with regular reporting to management. Requirements: • 5-7 years in content marketing, PR or brand activation for an international brand (or agency), ideally with presence and responsibility in Asia. Solid understanding of various owned and paid digital media channels. Experience implementing, measuring and optimizing social media across multiple markets. Experience with PR and/or sponsorship activation. Strong creative messaging skills. Agency management experience. Ability to travel internationally approximately once a month. Day trips to London required.
