Overview
Marketing Manager Based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, our client is a niche recruitment company looking for a Marketing Manager to join their emerging team. This job would suit a current marketer who has had a few years' experience as an assistant and is looking to take the next step in their career or a current Marketing Manager looking for a more independent role. The successful individual will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing as well as a Marketing degree or interest in a CIM qualification. The candidate must have excellent proof reading and copywriting skills, with the ability to work independently. Great communication skills and the ability to create inventive and effective campaigns is essential. This role would suit a confident self-motivated individual, who has the ability to get on with a range of people and is hands on when taking on work. Duties will include: Full Campaign Management. Including creation of a yearly marketing campaign. Content creation for Social Media Channels, plus the management of said channels. Updating the company website with new and relevant content. Copywriting skills for written articles, which are published in the insurance press. Creating new email campaigns, which are sent to our client base. Building and maintaining relationships with the Insurance Press. Liaising with external marketing company. Such as creating briefs for new print or digital adverts. Managing and attending large scale events and ensuring they run smoothly, whilst also talking to clients about the company's product lines. Attending and representing the company at insurance events. Managing the marketing budget and checking all invoices are correct. Providing up to date statistics and reports.
