Basic Salary: £25,000 plus a performance related bonus (OTE £30,000) Hours: 45 per week (Monday- Friday) 9am- 6pm and 9am- 7pm shifts Location: Isleworth, London The successful applicant must be able to attend 1 week’s training at our Client's Head Office’s in Bournemouth, Dorset so please consider this before applying. About you They need strong minded; competitive; ambitious and motivated individuals who have a desire to develop a career within a sales environment whilst always ensuring service excellence. You will be motivated to get the most out of every customer interaction and to succeed against financial targets. Due to growth, our Client is now looking for Trainee Sales Executives to come into the business and learn the ropes Ideally you will already have some experience within a customer facing or phone based role working to targets but if you have sales and service background in other environments they would still welcome hearing from you. They have an excellent fast track training programme so that you can enter the business and establish yourself quickly and effectively What will you doing? Speaking with new customers who have recently made an enquiry into Life Insurance Identify initial customer needs, building strong relationships and finding the right solution as a service-based sale Once identified you will pass the customer to one of our licensed brokers to complete the sales process This is a great opportunity to join the business and set a solid foundation for growth into our Sales Executive position.
