Boux Avenue are searching for a senior digital marketing manager to join their fast-paced ecommerce team, a team player who can deliver ambitious plans to grow traffic and sales and recruit new Boux Avenue customers. What will the role include? Build and execute the digital marketing strategy to deliver traffic and new customer growth. Managing all digital marketing channel budgets. Management and optimisation of all digital channels including Affiliates, Paid Social, Display, Paid Search and SEO. Working closely with external agencies on all affiliate, bank loyalty and PPC campaigns and content and onsite SEO Supporting the business’ marketing strategy through digital and performance marketing tactics to deliver results that meet ROI expectations and drive incremental sales. Work closely with the CRM manager to increase customer retention and build a joint digital marketing calendar to achieve budgets and react to trade. Report daily and weekly on digital marketing KPIs. Work closely with the creative team to create engaging campaigns that drive performance. What will your responsibilities be? Strategy and Innovation Devising strategy for the UK/International market to meet sales and new customer acquisition targets Keep up to speed with latest innovations and market trends and propose new initiatives / technologies / platforms to drive new revenue streams Work with agencies and internal teams to implement new digital marketing innovations/trends to constantly improve performance Budgeting Devise and agree annual, monthly and weekly marketing budgets and KPIs Work with Marketing department to set Campaign brand awareness KPIs for Digital channels Support Digital Marketing Manager with weekly Invoice and Supplier management, monthly reconciliation of invoices with Finance Reporting Responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of all Marketing channel KPIs (Direct/SEO/Paid Social/Organic Social/PPC/Affiliates/Display) Responsible for reporting and analysing all digital campaigns and ad hoc activity Use of external data to understand and seek competitive edge (Hitwise, SEM Rush etc) Delivery/Implementation Lead the digital marketing team and deliver all marketing campaigns Managing external agencies / partners to deliver desired COS/ROI’s against budget Work closely with online trading team to execute changes to trade plan/suggest additional activities to drive trade Implement all marketing campaigns with agency support for all channels - Paid Search display, paid social, affiliates, third party partnerships, mail inserts and bank loyalty schemes What are we looking for? Strong performance marketing experience especially Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO Proficient in Google Analytics and G-Suite Experience with campaign management tools desirable Excellent data and analytics skills. Excellent communication skills, with both agency and in-house teams. Experience working in a fast-paced business. Have excellent written English and proof reading skills. A passion for fashion/retail and drive to grow. Be proactive in planning and driven by achieving targets. Take initiative and be able to cope under pressure.
