Overview
Due to rapid growth there is an opportunity to join our clients - a highly successful, award winning independent media agency in their London office. They are seeking an experienced SEO Executive that excels in technical SEO in particular and is able to pull a website apart to identify issues and create a clear roadmap to increase organic traffic, rankings and conversions. An agency background is preferred but strong client-side candidates will be considered. Job Description: Technically auditing and creating an SEO roadmap for our SEO accounts from B2B to retail clients Delivering mobile-first technical insights to improve mobile visibility and site performance Using GA & GSC to analyse data and report on performance Executing on-page optimisation covering website technical, keyword and content issues Planning and executing off-page campaigns and outreach Creating and presenting client reports to all stakeholders Keeping informed of all the latest search engine policies and updates Liaising with other channels (PPC) to implement cross-channel strategies Person Specification: Previous experience in an SEO role is essential to be considered Educated to degree standard with a 2:1 or above Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Excellent MS skills including Excel advanced knowledge Strong time-management skills to work across multiple accounts Working in a client facing role and comfortable dealing directly with clients In depth knowledge of Google Analytics & Search Console (GA qualified a plus) Excellent understanding of mobile SEO and page-speed issues Excellent understanding of local SEO and Google My Business in particular Experience of using the usual SEO tools - Screaming Frog, Moz, Majestic, Ahrefs etc. Additional Information: Based in London Up to £27,000 Discretionary annual bonus after a full years’ service Monthly target bonus Healthcare after qualifying period Up to 4% private pension matched by the company 25 days annual leave (plus a couple of days off over Christmas) Award-winning training Social activities We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
