This includes delivering a wide range of analytical services across both traditional customer and marketing analytics as well as data science, so, the opportunity for you to diversify and upskill is HUGE You have freedom to choose which tools you use – you are treated as a grown up and as the Senior Analyst you are; whether SAS, R and Python is a preference it’s up to you You can employ a wide variety of techniques such as data manipulation, hypothesis testing, predictive modelling, targeting and segmentation, meaning you’ll never be bored or siloed into one area. The data is immense and complex You will be working with Big Data from a variety of data sources including lots of digital and social data, improving the client's overall customer engagement and targeted marketing approaches, as well as helping clients to understand how customers interact with their brands, using exploratory customer insight analysis techniques and a solutions focused approach.
