Job type Business Analyst Coach Salary Mid Level Disciplines Business Analyst Coach Location Central London The role You will be responsible for the coaching and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards Programme. You will work alongside the employer to develop the plans for how and when the on-program and end-point assessments will be delivered and assess the apprentices' progress towards these skill developments. The main aims are to work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, Quality Assurance and Sales Executive teams and establish effective ways of learning to improve learner satisfaction and success rate. You will adopt different ways of working and be able to establish individual learning needs and introduce new ways of working. You should identify best practices and bring individualism and personality to a standardised course. Key duties Ensure the apprentices attend and participate in their planned training which will enable achievement of 100% pass rate on the knowledge modules Achieve a minimum 88% pass rate for end-point assessment, leading to a minimum 88% success rate on the apprenticeship standards program At the start of the apprenticeship, review the contents of the standard with the employer and apprentice and then negotiate and help to plan the projects and tasks that will be needed for the apprentice to meet the standard in full Engage with the employer and apprentice on setting new targets and refining the project plans as the apprenticeship progresses Review the progress of the knowledge modules and the summative portfolio Provide a good level of feedback for the summative portfolio which meets Ofsted and the apprenticeship standards Advise the IQA when a project has been completed and is ready for quality assurance Prepare the apprentice for their end-point assessment interview by asking regular appropriate questions that build on the skills as the apprentice progresses Prepare the apprentice for their end-point assessment practical by observing demonstrations on the apprentice's practical skills, which will expand during the apprenticeship Deliver and embed where appropriate topics relating to Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Prevent, Equal Opportunities and other related Acts Complete and distribute coaching reports and formal reviews as required during the apprenticeship Coach apprentices in business skills by guiding, supporting, providing accountability and encouragement To facilitate the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning, and personal development Challenge and develop apprentice's skills and abilities to enable them to achieve the best performance results Track and report the progress of planned learning to achieve the end-point assessment Provide observational and specific feedback, encouraging the apprentice to self-assess their performance and readiness for achievement Record and report on activity to management in a timely and professional manner Communicate with the Apprenticeship Team on candidates for concern Receive and review feedback from employers and/or learners Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, and behavioral practices Actively develop new initiatives and training methodologies to impact candidates learning Create effective development plans to establish the needs of both the employer and Apprentice Ensure that Just IT Training is perceived within the market as a high-quality provider of Apprenticeships solutions to both candidates and clients alike Ensure best practices and be aware of Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities and other related Acts Skills required Good relationship building skills Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule Excellent organisational skills Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly. Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with the daily workload Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and Windows applications Skills in database management and record-keeping Company overview Since 2001 Just IT has helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supported their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services.
