Learning Support Technician South- West London £21-27k I'm currently recruiting for a Learning Support Technician to work for a video production/ digital learning agency. They are famous for delivering corporate training in an entertaining and memorable way. What is required of you? Experience working in a busy Helpdesk environment Experience of logging & updating calls in a service desk management system, making sure actions, communications, and resolutions are recorded accurately Good telephone manner Friendly and helpful with customers Experience in Adobe Creative Suite What will your day to day look like?
