**Join Alight; you'll have a bright future!** Alight are currently recruiting for a **Senior Workday Integration Consultant** to work within their Cloud Deployment business group. The successful candidate will be home-based and will join our industry-leading team working with colleagues and clients across EMEA. Your Impact as a Senior Workday Integration Consultant: Lead a team of resources responsible for the delivery of a defined set of integrations that meet the client's business requirements. Engage with client stakeholders, subject matter experts and 3rd parties to drive the integration discovery process. Obtain a thorough understanding of the client's business requirements, identify the most appropriate integration approach and capture accurate integration requirements. Translate the client's requirements into a detailed design that fully leverages the Workday integration toolset. Apply your advanced Workday integration expertise and technical skills to build the most complex integrations. Share your expert knowledge of the Workday integration platform with the client to support their implementation decision making process and successfully transition into life in production. Champion the deployment methodology to ensure smooth running of the integration workstream and completion of all milestones and deliverables to plan. Provide input into continuous process improvements based on your project experiences. Your Knowledge & Expertise: Extensive experience implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications. Experience of working with the Workday integration platform Experience of working with Financials systems, Extensive consulting experience, either within a consulting/software organisation or as an internal consultant. Thorough understanding and experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware), ideally including expert knowledge of the Workday integration platform. Proven experience in leading a team of technical resources through the full implementation life-cycle from planning and requirements definition through build and test into deployment in a production environment. Use excellent oral and written communications skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build productive working relationships. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise, responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time. Workday Integration Core required and additional integration certifications are preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study. If not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certifications, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role.
