Job Function: Area Sales Manager Location: London & South-East (London, Dartford, Crawley, Guildford, Tunbridge Wells, Chelmsford, Watford, St Albans, Luton) Package: DOE - £36,000 - £41,000, OTE, company car, iPhone, laptop The Opportunity We are one of the country’s leading designers and manufacturers of bathroom brassware and fitting solutions including taps, showers, bathroom accessories and shower fixing kits. We have three key product brands within our portfolio and will soon be adding another new range to our offering - which is set to revolutionise the KBB marketplace. As a result of huge success within recent years, we now seek to add an experienced Area Sales Manager to our London team. Job Description Communicating with independent bathroom retailers and plumbers’ merchants Obtaining and forwarding orders Managing roughly 200 accounts within the territory New business development Price and contract negotiations To be responsible for achieving predetermined monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in line with specific pricing guidelines Person Specification You will have a proven track record in the Construction sector, able to demonstrate a clear understanding of selling to independent retailers and plumbers merchants Come from a 'light side’ construction product background Express technical concepts clearly and concisely Good understanding of market competitors and proven ability to utilise this information effectively Be self-motivated and target driven This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, nationally recognised business, who have forged a strong reputation in their market.
