Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that specialises in products combining 3D scanning, 3D printing and Virtual / Augmented Reality technologies. It is expanding its commercial team and would like to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager to generate B2B sales of a novel 3D-printed orthotic product to the NHS and private sectors. It has also developed other products for healthcare and educational markets. You'll need strong sales skills, and they're particularly looking for someone who is: - Motivated, a self-starter and results driven - Degree educated or with relevant work experience - Eager to learn with a 'can do' attitude You'll need - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent spoken and written communication skills - 3 years prior experience in a similar sales role - A strong understanding of medical device sales processes - An ability to clearly explain products with high technical content - A full driving licence Their ideal candidate will have the ambition to become a pivotal part of the company's success. They will rapidly increase sales and have the appetite to build and lead a high-calibre sales team to drive further growth. You'll be playing a key role, with excellent prospects for career development. To succeed you'll be required to - Proactively build and develop your sales pipeline - Be responsive and motivated to convert warm inbound leads into new customers - Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers - Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer queries via phone and email - Pursue sales targets and objectives - Maintain their CRM system with accurate lead and customer information The package includes a competitive salary, generous commission (uncapped), company car and participation in the company share scheme. The company is based in Chester, in the North West of the UK, commutable from both Liverpool and Manchester. Applicants must be based in the UK and have a valid work permit where applicable.
