Sales Director

Sales Manager/Director required for a leading organisation based in Oxfordshire. My client a leader within their field, are currently going through a lot of growth and are seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop their sales team. You will be responsible for: Setting targets, KPIs, appraisals and development plans Ensuing you are up to date with latest trends and news within specific field, ensuing the company and team are in within a competitive position Achieve individual and team targets Account management Implement new sales strategies Adhere to specific budgets Attend annual conferences and events, delivering presentations and networking Assist CEO when required Skills and experience required: Sales Management experience Academic sector knowledge and experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail Experience on producing and delivering presentations to large audiences and key stake holders International experience is not essential but highly beneficial If this is of interest please contact us as soon as possible.
