Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Faringdon - up to £23k basic plus commission - Monday - Friday Are you an experienced Sales Progressor within Estate Agency or a Conveyancer? This is a superb opportunity to join a very successful and busy Estate Agency brand who are leading agents in the area. Sales progression or conveyancing experience is absolutely essential for this role as you will be dealing with a high volume of Sales. Purpose of Role: You will work closely with the Sales office Negotiators and the management team to ensure they are kept up to date with the progression of sales and make sure the process continues to run smoothly. You will be required to liaise with Purchasers, Vendors, Solicitors, Surveyors as well as other Estate Agents involved in the chain and make sure the conveyance process is carried out smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, confident, organised, well presented and have an extremely good telephone manner. Essential Skills required for being a successful Sales Progressor: • Experience progressing sales in Estate Agency is Essential • Excellent communication skills • Accurate, numerate and computer literate • A team player with excellent organisational skills Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.45am - 5.30pm.
