Title: Italian-speaking FX Portfolio Manager Salary: £30,000 to £60,000 DOE OTE £50-80k Y1 Location: Central London Sector: Financial Services Firm Are you ambitious and looking for a company that will support your hard work with very generous commission schemes? Our client is an award-winning financial services firm that works with international businesses with the aim of managing their FX portfolio. The business has been on an exponential growth spurt and was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2017, with the financial backing of Close Brothers and JP Morgan amongst others. The role is ideal for someone that is highly target & profit-driven, ambitious, consistently a high achiever, and someone that appreciates that hard work reaps high rewards. We are looking for a "go-getter" with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be well rewarded You will be expected to hit targets, bring revenue to the business and you will be well rewarded as a direct result of your commitment and effort. Some key responsibilities: Prospecting and qualifying clients, mainly through cold calls (110 calls a day) Win and attend meetings with potential clients Following up new business opportunities Develop and maintain your own desk Foster a strong relationship with your existing clients to develop and grow their accounts Updating your qualitative and quantitative progress by inputting a management report to CRM software. We are looking for: Well educated with good communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships Ability to multi-task under pressure A great team player with good business sense and a positive attitude Italian to native standard
