Overview

Regional Account Manager Juice Recruitment are excited to be working with a multi-product specialist that offer a wide range of mechanical engineering components and technical services to all sections of an industry. Working as a Regionally Account Manager it’ll be your responsibility to Manage and develop Sales and margin targets for the full range of the client Products and Services with your defined geographical sales region to include, BS, GL and HR. You will also plan and manage effective customer engagement for New and existing customer accounts. Some of the Key Responsibilities for the Regional Account Manager include: Achieve Targets in line with Company strategy to achieve Annual Growth and Profit targets. Actively seek and develop new Customer Accounts in line with the new customer account acquisition KPI’s. Engage with the product Business Unit Sales Teams for technical application support as required Adopt and promote the Solution Selling Model Actively support regional sales growth and objectives through regular reviewing of performance data, market intelligence and white-spot reports Develop effective sales and marketing approaches to boost sales productivity in the region Contribute to the regional customer lifecycle by increasing and improving opportunities with existing business partnerships and proactively targeting and developing new business in both MRO and OEM market Comply with Policies and procedures, legal obligations and Health & Safety requirements The Ideal Candidate must have experience with MRO experience, Engineering background and Solution selling experience.
