Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. The CD will support and lead the practice team of 2 competent and friendly RVN's / 2 x receptionists 20-minute consultation slots to enable adequate time to explore proactive clinical opportunities, client relationship building, financial estimating and discussions as well as the avoidance of unnecessary stress due to time pressure across the entire practice team The CD will set and maintain practice standards The CD will ensure continuation and development of the excellent client and patient care. Whilst the aim is to build a team, the Clinical Director will be capable of sole charge cover This implies at least 2 years post graduate experience RCVS registered and compliant
