Lettings Negotiator £18,000 - £22,000 Commission Central London THE COMPANY: Our client is one of London’s leading property companies who continue to grow and develop. They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the residential team. THE ROLE: -Cold calling -Conduct viewings -Register applicants on our database -Reach and exceed targets and KPI’s -Canvassing and looking for new business -Proceed with check in/check out inspections -Keep up to date with property legislation and new regulations -Proceed with referencing applicants inhouse and through a third party THE PERSON: -Well presented -Entrepreneurial -Driven and confidant -Respectful and mature -Talkative and engaging -Polite and customer orientated -Professional written and spoken English Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
