THE ROLE : The role of Sales Account Manager is very much focused around account development. Selling a range of spares and maintenance products, your remit as Sales Account Manager will be to look after a range of distributors and franchised dealerships, developing business within each account and upselling to your customer base. Although all products will be back sold a large element of this role will be to visit end users with the distribution representatives, creating demand, developing further understanding of your product ranges and then pulling the order back through the dealer. This is an exciting account management position which will see you dealing with varied points of contacts from Owners through to Buyers, Dealer managers and Farmers and Maintenance engineers. THE PERSON: Our client is looking to interview those sales professionals who can show at interview that they have successfully managed a sales patch. If you have an agricultural background, then that would be fantastic, but it is not a pre-requisite to be considered for this role. The most important thing for our client is to find a successful sales account manager who is personable, adaptable in their approach, organised and able to build long term relationships.
