Based out of the north, this apprenticeship supplier has experienced rapid growth thus expanding into the capital to empower a growing number of tech professionals who will shape the digital future of the UK. With an established team of business development managers and consultants in the north they're looking to further augment this function of the company. By hiring two experienced business development managers in the south they want tap into the large and dormant client base of London and the south. Their London hub is at the centre of their 2020 growth plans and they want to assist the rapidly growing tech hub with a stream of young and fresh talent About The Business Development Manager Role As a key hire in their growth plans this business development manager will be responsible for rolling your sleeves up and engaging with London's Tier 1 businesses. You will build new relationships and grow the apprenticeships offering in a fresh territory. Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager: Identify, prospect and generate new apprenticeships talent solutions Attend business development meetings and convert apprenticeship opportunities Ensure a high level of service across all accounts by collaborating with your colleagues Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts retaining a minimum of 80% beyond the existing service Meet and pitch to clients face to face About The Ideal Business Development Manager As a business development manager, you will be passionate about people and their development through apprenticeships and get embedded into the IT, tech and digital skills industry.
