Overview
Development Director A small, family run Developer are seeking an experienced Development Director to join their established and successful team. The Company With a significant amount of live projects covering thousands of acres of land, the successful Development Director will be joining a company who are well placed to capitalise on their reputation. They are based in London and the South of England and looking to expand further. The role The successful Development Director will manage existing projects though planning into sales and will lead on acquisitions of residential, mixed use and brownfield land with planning potential. The Person The successful Development Director will have at least 5 years experience, as well as: Self Motivation Experience in the identification of sites Experience of Joint Ventures Hands-on leadership of teams through to planning permissions and sales. Full driving licence In Return: The successful Development Director will receive: Up to £80,000 (DOE) Performance related bonus Access to company pension scheme Access to insurance scheme Structured career progression.
