Are you a senior Dealer Development Manager Professional looking for your next career move? Do you have 5 year's experience in sourcing / managing new dealer networks for high end manufactures of Construction Capital Equipment? I am representing a global, $multibillion manufacturing group, which due to its continued success and expansion plans, are looking for a new Dealer Development Manager for its Excavator / Wheel Loader / Dozer range. The company manufactures a range of construction capital equipment and support services on a global level. This role will play a crucial role in the company's growth across Europe by developing the strategy that will help the business to achieve its highest forecasts for 2020 and beyond. This role covers the whole of Europe; therefore, you will be ideally situation in the Europe. If you have Heavy Construction Capital Equipment knowledge, this could be an excellent opportunity for you join this global business. What does the role involve? As Dealer Development Manager, your role will support the Director of Marketing and Dealer Development in growing sales in the North of England. You will: Identify customers (dealerships) in Nordic Region, Holland, Belgium, Italy Spain, Eastern Europe, Denmark and Swiss Identify, evaluating and recruiting new dealers Develop the already strong dealer network of customers Managing dealer agreements, renewal process Make regular visits to these customers to identify sales opportunities Manages process and prepare documents for dealer termination. Oversee Business Management activities of dealer network timely financial statement submission, Dealer Information, dealer standards Create dealer development strategy, report on monthly basis operationally and quarterly review for strategic plans You will hold experience in the following. A min of 3-5 years min external sales experience (new business) A min of 3-5 year's min experience in the sales of Construction Capital Equipment You will show examples of holding a fully autonomous role (Dealer Network Related) You will show examples of exceeding sales targets / KPI's (Dealer Network Related) If you would like the opportunity to play in a key role in the future growth of global business, please apply to be considered.
