They're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team within this Retail and Digital Company. About the Business Development Manager / Sales Role Ownership and leadership of the following sales responsibilities are key to success within the Business Development Manager role in the Retail and Digital Company : The Business Development Manager will help to expand the retail membership; by recruiting new retailers to join the client's Index. As Business Development Manager, you will help to manage and upsell the existing accounts, generate a sales plan to strengthen business development and the account management activity - with emphasis on building target email and contact data in CRM and ensuring its accuracy and up to date. You will be joining through the launch of our client's new IMRG Digital Dashboard. As Business Development Manager, you will take on major responsibility in an efficient way, making sure that all data contributors are putting their data in a regular and prompt way for the Index. About You You are searching for an opportunity to join a dynamic entrepreneurial team within a Retail and Digital Company. You have at least 2 years' sales experience at executive level or above. Ideally, you have experience within the retail / digital sector, though not essential. You have evidence of achieving results quickly with a new project and becoming an expert in your area of domain. The Business Development Manager receives a highly competitive salary paying from £30,000 to £40,000 up to £50,000 OTE with performance related bonus chance to develop your sales/commercial skills, gain freedom and responsibility, develop your career, and a great workplace setting.
