Overview
YMCA DOWNSLINK GROUP Senior Project Worker OLAC Leylands Rd / Horsham Permanent Contract 37.5 Hours per week £26,115 per annum As Senior Project Worker, you’ll be working alongside the OLAC Manager to support the implementation of our OLAC service. You will be expected to coordinate the implementation of a range of activities within the projects and provide support for the residents. You will have the ability to engage and build a rapport with both the team and the residents. The ideal candidate for this post will have: • Experience of working within Older Looked After Children service, • Good knowledge of, and relationships with, partnership agencies within West Sussex, • Proven experience in safeguarding young people, • Excellent record keeping and IT skills. A valid driving licence is required for the role.
