Partnership Manager

I have very exciting opportunities for a Partnership Manager to join my client who is a UK market leader in the Sports industry. For almost a decade, my client has worked in the sports partnership and sponsorship industry working with some of the biggest UK sport names. They create and develop a range of highly engaging media offerings, as well as producing money can't buy sports experiences. We are currently recruiting for an extremely sales focused and hungry Partnership Manager to join their growing and successful sales team in Lancashire. The role is part office based and part field based. Therefore, candidates must be able to get to their office in Blackpool as well as being able to travel all over the country. Responsibilities: Sourcing own leads and data with contact details of relevant business owners Generating own appointments with relevant directors / MD's, selling and explaining the benefits of becoming a partner of the relevant club you are working with, over the phone and arrange a face to face meeting with a view to closing deals on the day Following the company structured sales process to ensure all standards of appointments are set Confirming and sitting quality face-to-face appointments with clients made by your dedicated Partnership Sales Executive Focusing on selling and explaining the benefits of the partnerships they conduct between regional & independent business's and sporting venues Enjoy working in within the sports industry and selling the portfolio of the company partnership and products directly to new customers Person Specification: B2B sales experience (experience on the phone & face to face) A stable, proven track record within a B2B role Desire to work within the sports industry Motivated and hungry to earn a high uncapped OTE Having the ability to gain new business on the day of initial meeting with new prospects Ability to self generate and manage pipeline in a CRM Strong work ethic with will and desire to learn Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm If you have not received a response within one week, then please assume that on this occasion, you have not been shortlisted.
