An excellent opportunity has arisen for a sales professional to join an established business based in Tunbridge Wells. My client is a family run business that has won many awards within their sector. Due to expansion they are now recruiting a customer focused Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The role of a Senior Account Manager: Generate new business opportunities through nurturing warm leads You will be given a portfolio of B2B clients to account manage Having a consultative sales approach, listening to prospects’ requirements and discussing how services could help provide a solution to their business needs Conducting a full needs analysis, gathering information and discussing services that will benefit the business Up-selling and cross-selling products to your client base Build relationships and rapport with clients. Maintain the highest level of quality and professionalism in an effective yet courteous manner Negotiating, influencing and closing sales Achieving targets both individually and as part of a team Manage your time effectively across multiple sales campaigns Report on progress to the Managers and Directors of the business Updating the CRM system accurately Share best practice with colleagues Essential candidate requirements : Previous experience within a telephone based sales role is essential You must be comfortable engaging, influencing, selling and closing sales over the phone Target driven with a consultative sales approach Strong communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable engaging with clients and building relationships Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative Must be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character Computer literate For the right candidate my client is offering a fantastic package: Competitive base salary up to £26k depending on experience Rewarding, realistic commission structure with an OTE of £36k Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
