Overview

The Company My client is a global leader in testing, inspection and certification services. They have built their reputation by working with their clients to effectively manage their quality assurance needs and ultimately protecting brand reputation whilst minimising costs. The business is now looking to recruit an Account Manager to contribute to their continued success and work with teams in the UK & Internationally to develop, enhance and protect their brand quality policy and reputation. The Role - Account Manager Generate weekly reports to analyse supplier performance and highlight expectations Generate monthly and quarterly reports to analyse weekly data to formulate improvement proposals Take ownership of onboarding suppliers Working with client teams daily to assess products and ensure performance standards are updated Provide training internally or at laboratory Keep clients up to date with relevant industry, regulatory and market feedback Collaboration between UK / Asia KAM team to align strategy What do we need from you? Experience gained within consumer products background dealing directly with customers in a role that involves quality assurance / product testing responsibilities.
